Walker & Dunlop (WD) said late Monday it has arranged a joint venture to redevelop a former Greyhound bus station in Richmond into a $132 million multifamily project.
The company said the project, backed by AIP, Pointsfive, and Bridge Investment Group, will include 386 apartments and retail space in the fast-growing Scott's Addition district.
Financing includes $85.6 million from Madison Realty Capital, the company said.
It added that construction is expected to begin in Q2, transforming the site into a large mixed-use residential community.
