RLF AgTech (ASX:RLF) received firm commitments to raise around AU$4.5 million through the placement of 69.2 million new shares at AU$0.065 apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds will be used to fund inventory and supply chain requirements, expedite joint venture opportunities, and support a pathway to full commercialization, the filing said.
