DapuStor (SHE:301666) filed for an initial public offering of over 43.6 million shares on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Proceeds will be invested in next-generation controller chip and enterprise solid-state drive (SSD) research and development and industrialization, a mass production testing base for SSD modules, and working capital, according to a prospectus filed on the Shenzhen bourse.
