EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) issued 1.9 million ordinary shares on Friday at an issue price of NZ$22.09 per share, in accordance with the terms of its dividend reinvestment plan, according to a same-day filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company's total number of shares following the issue stands at 206.9 million, the filing added.
