Cosmo Lady (China) (HKG:2298) booked 123.4 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, falling from 126.2 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Earnings per share were 0.055 yuan, compared with 0.057 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue fell to 2.95 billion yuan from 3.01 billion yuan in 2024.
The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.016 per share, payable June 17 to shareholders of record on June 8.
