Ainnovation Technology's Loss Narrows in 2025; Shares Slip 5%

Ainnovation Technology (HKG:2121) posted a loss attributable to owners of 250.1 million yuan for 2025, narrowing from 593.8 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the artificial intelligence firm fell over 5% in late-morning trade on Thursday.

Loss per share came in at 0.48 yuan, compared with 1.09 yuan a year earlier.

Revenue increased to 1.51 billion yuan from 1.22 billion yuan in 2024.

Separately, the company said Chief Technology Officer Zhang Fa'en resigned and was re-designated as chief scientist, with Li Fan appointed as the new chief technology officer effective Wednesday.
