Jenscare Scientific (HKG:9877) said Pan Fei will cease to serve as its CFO, while remaining as its CEO, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the medical device company were up nearly 1% in Friday afternoon trading.
The firm named Li Yuanyuan as its new CFO, effective Thursday. Li has been the company's director of financial management department since December 2020.
