C&D Property Management Profit Rises 11% in 2025

C&D Property Management's (HKG:2156) profit attributable to equity holders rose 11% to 358.9 million yuan for 2025, from 323.5 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the property manager were up over 1% in Thursday afternoon trading.

Earnings per share came in at 0.26 yuan, compared with 0.23 yuan a year earlier.

Revenue increased 18% to 3.88 billion yuan from 3.29 billion yuan in 2024.

The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.15 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.05 per share, subject to shareholder approval, with payment expected on June 17 to shareholders on record as of June 3.
