Kina Securities (ASX:KSL) said Richard Kimber, an existing non-executive director, has been appointed deputy chair effective Monday, following a review of its board governance structure, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Kimber has more than 30 years of global leadership experience, including in senior roles across banking, payments, fintech, and digital innovation, the filing added.
