Venture Global (VG) and Vitol said Monday they have executed a new binding agreement for the purchase of about 1.5 million tonnes per annum of US liquefied natural gas.
The LNG will be supplied from Venture Global's portfolio for five years starting this year.
Venture Global shares were up 8.7% in premarket activity.
