Clover Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Earnings, Revenue; Shares Hit Over Two-Year High

Clover (ASX:CLV) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.0254 per share, up from AU$0.0142 a year earlier.

Revenue for the six months ended Jan. 31 was AU$44.1 million, compared with AU$37.6 million a year earlier.

The company has projected its revenue for fiscal year 2026 to be between AU$92 million and AU$96 million.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.01 per share, up from AU$0.0075 a year earlier, payable April 30 to shareholders on record as of April 16.

The company's shares rose 17% in recent Tuesday trade, earlier hitting their highest level since October 2023.
