Duxton Farms Settles on Sale of New South Wales Property to Private Buyer for AU$6 Million

Duxton Farms (ASX:DBF) settled on the sale of its Cowaribin property in New South Wales to a private buyer on a vacant possession basis for AU$6 million, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
This included 939.83 hectares and 32 megaliters' worth of stock and domestic water entitlements.
Duxton will reinvest the proceeds back into its post-merger portfolio, and it will also continue to rotate capital out of farming properties and into other opportunities.
