Tesoro Gold (ASX:TSO) completed a high-resolution helicopter magnetic and radiometric survey across the El Zorro project in Chile, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company found a 40-kilometer north-south structural corridor, which is linked to gold anomalism, further extending the current gold corridor by 10 kilometers, as well as new intrusive bodies and structural features, the filing said.

Additionally, the company completed three orientation programs of systematic gridded soil sampling over the La Brea, Drone Hill, and Pena Blanca targets, per the filing.

Shares fell 2% in morning trade on Thursday.
