Comstock (CHCI) said Friday that it is officially launching its Data Center Platform via its entry into two separate arrangements with partners to pursue the development of data center campuses in Oklahoma and the Mid-Atlantic region.
The real estate asset manager said that in both deals, the land is either owned or controlled by the partners.
