Reliance Worldwide Expands Share Buyback Program

Reliance Worldwide (ASX:RWC) will launch a AU$120 million on-market share buyback in addition to the $15.3 million repurchase program disclosed in February, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The new program will be funded through cash reserves and available borrowing facilities, per the filing.

The company repurchased 477,534 ordinary shares on March 13 for AU$1.4 million in total, a separate filing showed.
