Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) informed a purchaser about its decision to terminate an agreement to dispose of the Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The termination was decided prior to the expiry of the purchaser's due diligence period, with an earnest money deposit of $100,000 refunded to the purchaser.
