Cobram Estate Olives (ASX:CBO) said it has now completed the US Department of Justice's antitrust review and can proceed with the acquisition of California Olive Ranch.
The company said that the completion of the transaction is expected to occur on or before March 26, with integration to commence immediately thereafter.
