Columbus McKinnon (CMCO) has sold its US power chain hoist and chain business to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, the latter said late Wednesday.
Financial details weren't provided.
Pacific Avenue said it will launch the business as a standalone company named Stuart Rush, which operates facilities in Damascus, Virginia; Lexington, Tennessee; and Rock Lititz, Pennsylvania.
Pacific Avenue said it plans to open a new location near Chester, UK.
