Farmers National Banc (FMNB) said Monday it completed its merger with Middlefield Banc (MBCN), also resulting in the merger of Middlefield Bank into Farmers National Bank.
Farmers said in October that the all-stock transaction, in which each share of Middlefield common stock would be converted into the right to receive 2.6 shares of Farmers common stock, was valued at about $299 million.
