SUMMI (00756) has announced that Moore Stephens (Hong Kong) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective 21 August 2026.
Following a recommendation from the audit committee, the board has proposed the appointment of Changqing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor, with the term set to run until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
