Anjoy Foods Approves RMB1.44 Final Dividend, Elects New Board and Senior Team

Anjoy Foods Group Co., Ltd. (Anjoy Foods) announced that all resolutions proposed at its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM) on 21 May 2026 in Xiamen were duly passed, covering dividend distribution, board re-election, committee formation, and senior management appointments.

The meeting was attended in person and online by 387 shareholders and proxies holding 146.14 million voting shares, representing 44.00 % of the 332.13 million shares entitled to vote. Each ordinary resolution received at least 94.53 % support, with most items exceeding 99.90 %.

Dividend • Final dividend of RMB1.44 (tax inclusive) per share for FY 2025 approved. • Payment date: 2 July 2026. • Record date for H-shareholders: 2 June 2026; register closes 28 May–2 June 2026. • H-share dividend translates to HKD1.65 per share, based on the PBOC parity of RMB0.87267 = HKD1.00 on the meeting date.

Board Composition • Six non-independent directors and four independent directors elected for the sixth board session; employee representative director Zhang Guangxi elected on 20 May 2026. • Liu Mingming confirmed as Chairman; Zhang Qingmiao and Zhang Gaolu named Co-Chairmen.
