UBS ends price stabilisation for Foundation Healthcare IPO

UBS AG, Singapore Branch announced it has completed price stabilisation measures for the initial public offering of Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited.

The stabilising manager disclosed that, up to Aug, 07 2026, it had bought a total of 21.25 million shares in Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited and has now ceased all stabilising actions.

UBS added that the over-allotment option granted by SeaTown Private Capital Master Fund to the joint bookrunners and underwriters—Jefferies Singapore Limited, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, UBS AG Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited—was partially exercised for 3.03 million shares to cover the remaining balance of the 24.28 million shares previously over-allotted in connection with the offering.
