STAR CM completes HK$0.38 million share buy-back in June; issued float trimmed by 0.12%

STAR CM Holdings Limited (06698) repurchased 486,600 ordinary shares during June 2026, transferring the same number into treasury and reducing the company’s outstanding share count to 398.05 million. The buy-backs, executed between 16 and 29 June at prices ranging from HK$0.7652 to HK$0.86 per share, cost a combined HK$0.38 million, implying an average repurchase price of approximately HK$0.78.

Post-transaction, treasury shares total 486,600, while the overall issued share capital (including treasury shares) remains unchanged at 398.54 million. The reduction in free-floating shares equals about 0.12% of the company’s previously issued share base.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD0.000001 each, equivalent to USD50,000.

Management affirmed that STAR CM continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 June 2026.
