In a recent development announced on June 18th, Trip.com Group Limited has revealed an enhancement to its family-friendly employee benefits program.

Starting from midnight on May 1, 2026, eligible full-time male employees in families welcoming a new child will be entitled to a minimum of 20 days of paternity leave.

This policy upgrade not only significantly increases the baseline number of days but also offers greater flexibility in utilizing the leave: employees can apply to take it as early as 5 days before the expected due date or as late as within 6 months after the child's birth.

The company's existing benefits have previously included assisted reproductive support for female employees, transportation subsidies during pregnancy, and a hybrid work policy allowing eligible staff to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.
