Leveraging its strategic position within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development initiative, Langfang Development Zone has focused on high-end equipment manufacturing and specialized in the automotive parts sector. By continuously strengthening and extending the industrial chain, the zone is advancing toward large-scale, intelligent, and high-end production, aiming to establish itself as a premier supporting hub for automotive components in the region.

This year, leading automotive parts enterprises within the zone have maintained stable production, expanded capacity, and driven innovation, contributing to a consistently improving industrial landscape. At the new base of Langfang Zhenhua Quanjinshen Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., an intelligent production system is now fully operational. Over 100 automated welding units operate in synchronized efficiency, completing a complete body components welding set in just 76 seconds. With an automation rate exceeding 92%, the facility achieves high-precision, standardized, and mass production. Leveraging its proximity to Beijing and Tianjin, the company actively connects with regional new energy vehicle industry resources, continuously expanding core product capacity to provide robust supply chain support for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei automotive sector.

Key project construction is advancing steadily, building up the industry's capacity. As a provincial-level key project, the Hebei Anwen Automotive Electronics Parts Project is progressing with the construction of its plant and intelligent production lines. The project focuses on core automotive electronics products, including seat ventilation systems and intelligent temperature control modules. Once fully operational, it will achieve an annual output of 12 million seat ventilation systems and 13 million vehicle adjustment systems, further cementing its position within the supply chains of major domestic automakers.

Currently, the Langfang Development Zone has attracted over 30 automotive parts enterprises above designated size, with products spanning critical areas such as body assemblies, automotive electronics, and thermal management systems. This has formed an integrated industrial cluster with interconnected upstream and downstream operations and comprehensive supporting capabilities.

Moving forward, the Langfang Development Zone will continue optimizing its business environment and strengthening resource guarantees. The zone plans to vigorously support technological upgrades and research initiatives, establish regular supply-demand matching platforms for the industrial chain, and continuously expand the industrial cluster while enhancing core competitiveness. These efforts aim to drive high-quality development of distinctive industries and empower the region's industrial economic transformation and upgrading.
