CHINA OVS PPT Reports Interim Results: Shareholders' Profit Declines 9.04% to RMB 701 Million

CHINA OVS PPT (02669) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting a revenue of RMB 7.485 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.52%. However, profit attributable to holders of ordinary shares of the company decreased by 9.04% to RMB 701 million, with earnings per share of 21.33 cents. The board has proposed an interim dividend of 10 HK cents per share.

During the past six months, the property management market has remained influenced by the overall economic environment, with the entire industry facing challenges such as price reductions and contract terminations or non-renewals. In response to these severe challenges, the group has maintained a prudent approach, flexibly addressing market risks and opportunities. It successfully secured new orders totaling 37 million square meters, of which 85.9% came from independent third parties. The total value of newly signed contracts reached approximately RMB 2.145 billion.

Meanwhile, the group has continued its efforts to address loss-making projects and optimize its business structure. Balancing the trade-off between scale and profitability, it managed expiring or terminated projects covering 19.2 million square meters. As of June 30, 2026, the total managed area increased by 3.7% or 17.8 million square meters from the end of last year, reaching 495 million square meters, compared to 478 million square meters as of December 31, 2025.
