Trigiant Group Limited (TRIGIANT) disclosed on 1 June 2026 that Non-executive Director Zhang Dongjie will resign effective the same day to pursue other business commitments. The board reported no disagreements with Zhang and thanked him for his service.
Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of Wang Hui, 36, as a Non-executive Director effective 1 June 2026. Wang is vice general manager of Shenzhen-listed Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd., the parent of Eternal Asia (HK) Limited, which holds 16.57% of TRIGIANT’s issued share capital. He also serves in senior roles at Shenzhen Dadao Supply Chain Technology, Shenzhen Zhuoshengtong Investment Development and Shenzhen Yihuang Investment.
Wang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Lancashire (2011) and a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham (2012). He has confirmed no relationships with directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of TRIGIANT and no interests in the company’s shares under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance.
An appointment letter sets Wang’s term at three years from 1 June 2026, subject to rotation and re-election at the next general meeting. His annual director’s fee is fixed at HK$120,000, determined with reference to experience, duties and prevailing market conditions.
Following the change, TRIGIANT’s board comprises: • Executive Directors – Qian Lirong (Chairman and CEO) and Qian Chenhui • Non-executive Director – Wang Hui • Independent Non-executive Directors – Professor Jin Xiaofeng, Zhao Huanqi and Yau Wai
The board extended a warm welcome to Wang Hui while expressing appreciation for Zhang Dongjie’s contributions.
