Want Want China Holdings Limited disclosed that it acquired 2.70 million ordinary shares on 05 August 2026 through on-market transactions at HKD 3.35–3.37 per share, deploying HKD 9.09 million in total. The volume-weighted average price stood at HKD 3.37.

Including this latest tranche, shares bought back but still pending cancellation between 29 July and 05 August 2026 amount to 16.76 million shares, equivalent to 0.14 % of the company’s current issued share capital of 11.79 billion shares.

Under the general mandate granted on 26 August 2025, the group is authorised to repurchase up to 1.18 billion shares. Cumulative buybacks executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange now total 33.88 million shares, representing 0.29 % of the issued share base at the time the mandate was approved.

Following the latest transaction, the statutory 30-day moratorium restricts Want Want China from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury stock until 04 September 2026.
