China Ruyi Holdings Limited announced on 23 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025 are now accessible on both the company website (www.ryholdings.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders can locate the document by selecting “Annual Reports” under the “Investor Relations” section of the company site or by browsing the HKEX platform. If electronic access is impractical, printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

The company also reminded investors that they may, at any time, modify their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications. Changes—whether to receive hard copies or to switch to electronic notifications—can be submitted via the enclosed request form, by post to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), or by email (is-ecom@vistra.com).

To strengthen its electronic communication framework, China Ruyi encourages shareholders to provide functional email addresses at least seven days in advance of any intended change. In cases where no valid email address is on record, the firm will default to sending hard-copy notifications or documents.

For further assistance, shareholders may contact Tricor’s customer service hotline at +852 2980 1333, available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
