Jiande International Holdings Limited issued a clarification stating that the profit alert released on 23 March 2026 was inaccurately titled “Positive Profit Alert.” The board confirmed that the correct heading should read “Profit Alert — Reduction of Loss,” indicating an anticipated narrowing of losses rather than a swing to profitability.

All underlying figures, assumptions and forward-looking statements provided in the original profit alert remain unchanged. The clarification, dated 24 March 2026, emphasised that only the announcement’s headline has been amended, with no revisions to the company’s previously disclosed financial outlook.

The notice was authorised by Chairman Shie Tak Chung on behalf of the board, which currently comprises three executive directors—Shie Tak Chung, Tsoi Kin Sze and Wu Zhisong—and three independent non-executive directors—Ma Sai Yam, Yang Quan and Zhu Aiping.
