SunCorp Technologies Limited (HKEX: 01063) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that the company’s equity structure and public float remained unchanged during the month.

Authorised share capital stood at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.006, representing HKD 600.00 million in authorised capital. No increase or decrease was recorded.

Issued share capital was steady at 1.54 billion ordinary shares. The company held zero treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as of 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised or issued during the period. The 2025 Share Option Scheme reported no options outstanding or granted.

Company Secretary Wong Sin Fai Cynthia submitted the return on 5 August 2026, affirming that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations were met.
