Chu Kong Pipe releases 2025 annual report and AGM notice online; printed copies available on request

Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (“Chu Kong Pipe”) announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) have been published in English and Chinese on both the company’s website (www.pck.com.cn) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—may obtain hard-copy versions by completing and returning the request form enclosed with the notification. The form should be mailed to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label provided. Once submitted, the election to receive printed documents will apply to all future corporate communications unless the registrar is notified otherwise or the shareholder ceases to hold shares.

Corporate communications, as defined by the company, include directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, auditors’ reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and related forms.
