Pagoda Industrial Buys Back 0.88 Million H-Shares, Reducing Free Float to 1.998 Billion

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited disclosed a share buyback executed on 30 March 2026. The company repurchased 0.88 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.76 to HKD 1.80, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.7853. The transaction amounted to HKD 1.57 million.

Following the buyback, Pagoda Industrial’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.044% to 1.998 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 2.88 million. The total number of shares in issue, including treasury stock, remains at 2.00 billion.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 145.39 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.88 million shares, equal to 0.20% of the share count on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing regulations, Pagoda Industrial cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares until 29 April 2026, 30 days after the latest buyback.
