Montage Tech cancels 1.66 million treasury A-shares, reducing total share capital by 0.15%

Montage Technology Co., Ltd. (Montage Tech) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 8 July 2026 detailing the cancellation of 1.66 million A-share treasury shares.
The cancellation, authorised by the board, lowered the company’s aggregate share count from 1,146.43 million to 1,144.76 million, a decrease of approximately 0.15%. Treasury shares fell from 12.53 million to 10.87 million, while the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 1.13 billion.
No additional share issues, repurchases awaiting cancellation, or on-market sales of treasury shares were reported.
