China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (China Suntien) announced that its board has approved the issuance of medium-term notes with an aggregate principal amount of up to RMB3.00 billion. The notes, carrying tenors of no more than five years, will be placed with institutional investors in China’s national interbank bond market.
The planned issuance will be executed in one or multiple tranches during the registration’s validity period, with final coupon rates determined through centralized book building. Proceeds are earmarked for project construction, repayment of subsidiaries’ maturing debts, and general working-capital needs.
This financing falls within the RMB15.00 billion direct-financing quota authorised by shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting held on 30 June 2026. China Suntien will submit the registration application to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors; the definitive issuance terms will depend on the association’s registration notice.
The announcement, dated 7 August 2026, was signed by Executive Director and President Tan Jian Xin on behalf of the board.
