UltraGreen.ai Limited announced the grant of 7.521 million share options to eligible participants under the UltraGreen.ai Share Option Scheme on Jul, 03 2026.
The options have an exercise price of US$1.04 per share, below the company’s last traded price of US$1.22 on Jul, 02 2026. They become exercisable from the second anniversary of the grant date and will remain valid for ten years.
No options were granted to directors, controlling shareholders or their associates.
