Greentown China to List US$300 Million 7.00% Notes Due 2029 on HKEX

Greentown China Holdings Limited has applied for the listing of US$300.00 million 7.00% senior notes maturing in 2029 on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Trading approval is expected to take effect on 20 May 2026, with the notes available exclusively to professional investors under Chapter 37 of the Listing Rules.

The notes, issued by Greentown China and carrying a fixed annual coupon of 7.00%, are fully guaranteed by 29 subsidiary guarantors incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong.

Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, J.P. Morgan, Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) and UBS serve as lead global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners, while China CITIC Bank International acts as co-manager.

According to the company’s board filing dated 19 May 2026, Mr. Liu Chengyun chairs the board, which comprises a mix of executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.
