China Science and Education Industry Group Limited on 22 May 2026 released its latest Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The documents are available on the company website (www.cseindustry.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

In parallel, the group confirmed adoption of the Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-less regime (Listing Rule 2.07). With immediate effect, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically through the two websites rather than by printed mail-outs.

1. Shareholder access • An email notification system will alert holders when new documents are posted online. • Non-registered shareholders should supply a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians or other CCASS intermediaries to ensure receipt of these notices.

2. Printed copies on demand • Investors who cannot access the electronic version may request hard copies free of charge by completing the reply form and sending it to the company’s Guangzhou office or by email to ir@hltz.net. • Any request to receive printed materials remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

3. Actionable communications • Until an email address is supplied, the company will continue to send any actionable corporate communication—documents requiring voting or election instructions—in printed form.
