Hong Kong Stock Exchange data shows that on September 30, SPLENDID STEED INVESTMENTS LIMITED increased its holdings in Shenzhou International (SEHK: 02313) by 1.45 million shares at HK$34.9075 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$50.6159 million.
Following the acquisition, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 659 million shares, representing 43.87% of the issued shares.
