United Company RUSAL announced that SUAL Partners International LLC has reduced its directly and independently held voting stake in the aluminium group from 25.04% to 21.57%.
Prior to the change, SUAL Partners controlled 3.80 billion votes—equivalent to 25.04% of RUSAL’s total voting share capital. Following a reduction in its equity participation, the holding now represents 3.28 billion votes, or 21.57% of the total.
The disposal, classified as a loss of direct and independent voting rights, became effective on 24 September 2026. RUSAL received formal notification from SUAL Partners on 6 October 2026 and disclosed the information to the Moscow Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 October 2026 in accordance with regulatory requirements.
SUAL Partners is registered in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation (INN 3906411446; OGRN 1223900002688). The reduction triggers mandatory reporting because the shareholding fell below the 25% disclosure threshold set by Russian securities regulations.
