NOVOSENSE (ASX: 02676) has announced the granting of a total of 859,200 H-share awards and 465,000 restricted shares.
The company issued a notice stating that on July 23, 2026, it granted a total of 859,200 H-share awards under the 2026 H-Share Scheme. These awards are subject to acceptance by the grantees to become effective.
On the same date, the company also granted 465,000 restricted shares under the 2026 A-Share Restricted Share Incentive Plan.
