The total revenue for 2025 exceeded 1.5 billion yuan, and over 160 local manufacturing enterprises in Nanchang have been served. This is the impressive performance of Maifushi Digital Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Maifushi) less than two years after establishing its presence in Nanchang.

In 2024, the Nanchang Municipal Industry Investment Group, in collaboration with Jiangxi Financial Holdings and the Donghu District, jointly facilitated Maifushi's listing in Hong Kong and promoted the establishment of its regional headquarters in Nanchang. This marked the first successful case in the province of a three-tier government cooperation participating in cornerstone investments for an overseas-listed company. "We evaluated multiple cities, but ultimately chose Nanchang because of the 'certainty' of its business environment," said Maifushi General Manager Liu Jinping. "The Donghu District completed the relevant filing procedures in just 10 working days, setting a new record for government service speed."

"Selling Results, Not Computing Power"

Jiangxi Province boasts distinctive industrial clusters such as Qingshanhu garment manufacturing, Anyi aluminum profiles, Jinxian medical devices, and Wen Port writing brushes. "Nanchang has a solid manufacturing foundation, and our arrival can provide digital transformation services for the manufacturing sector," Liu Jinping explained. He stated that establishing a presence in Nanchang is a crucial part of Maifushi's strategy to enter the East China market. Many companies still perceive AI as a novelty, unsure of how to use it, where to apply it, or if it's worth the investment. Liu Jinping offered an analogy: "Token is the 'crude oil' of the AI era, but crude oil needs to be refined into gasoline, plastics, and pharmaceuticals." Based on its "Full-Stack Token Factory" strategy, Maifushi utilizes a four-layer architecture of computing power, models, platforms, and scenarios to process upstream intelligent computing resources into business outcomes that enterprises can procure and reuse. It does not bind itself to any single model; simple tasks use lightweight models, complex reasoning calls upon large models, and vertical tasks use its proprietary Tforce marketing large model. "We don't compete on benchmark scores; we compete on practical implementation. We don't sell computing power; we sell results," Liu Jinping said. "Our goal is to transform computing power from an abstract concept into concrete productivity."

How does this strategy work in practice? "Our core service revolves around independent websites. We build overseas official websites for foreign trade enterprises and manage subsequent traffic operations. The client only needs to provide company introductions, factory information, and manufacturing processes, and our team will create a multilingual website," explained Manager Jiang from Maifushi (Jiangxi) Foreign Trade Center. For traffic acquisition, Maifushi employs a "combined strategy": precisely placing product keywords within the website so that overseas customers can find the enterprise first through organic searches on Google and other search engines; and managing social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram to drive social traffic to the independent site. All data, including website operations, advertising campaigns, and social media analytics, can be centrally viewed by the client in a single SaaS system backend. A veteran textile and knitting company in Qingshanhu District, which previously focused on the domestic market, is a beneficiary. This company had tried to enter the foreign trade market in recent years, spending hundreds of thousands of yuan annually on several major overseas e-commerce platforms, but with little effect. "After partnering with us, we built a brand independent website for them and used precise promotion on overseas social media to drive traffic. With an investment of only 100,000 yuan, the return on investment exceeded 1:10. Recently, the company has increased its service fees to expand promotional efforts," Manager Jiang said. "What enterprises need is not just computing power, but solutions that can generate orders," Liu Jinping added. "Our AI tools can quickly analyze overseas market opportunities, accurately assess trade risks, and, combined with our AIGC integrated content engine, automatically complete multilingual content adaptation and global platform distribution, significantly reducing the cost of going global for enterprises. At the same time, we actively host the city's manufacturing digital intelligence forums, providing new ideas and solutions for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises."

"Upstairs-Downstairs Ecosystem"

In the state-owned industrial building where Maifushi is located, the benefits of a "vertical cluster" of the industrial chain are being realized. The building houses 23 upstream and downstream enterprises, including Jiangxi Baiwang Jinfu Technology, all coexisting in the same building. "If a client has a need, they can coordinate with us just by going downstairs. If a partner has resources, they can collaborate by coming upstairs," Liu Jinping said. "My most direct feeling is that communication costs are nearly zero, and both response speed and resource integration efficiency have improved." Leveraging this advantage, the Donghu District has launched three digital transformation marketing centers, serving large provincial clients, SMEs, and educational institutions separately. The building is equipped with complete supporting services for finance, taxation, legal, and logistics, creating an industrial service ecosystem where "everything can be done within one building."

Liu Jinping explained that Maifushi's business in Jiangxi is divided into two teams: KA (Key Accounts) for serving top-tier enterprises and SMB (Small and Medium Business) for covering SMEs. "Large clients get customized solutions, while SMEs are helped to overcome the challenges of being 'afraid to transform' or 'not knowing how to transform'." In July 2026, Maifushi signed a strategic agreement with China Telecom Nanchang Branch to jointly build an AI Intelligent Computing Center and an AI Application Innovation Center. In May of this year, the company introduced a strategic partner for the intelligent computing industry, with net proceeds of approximately HKD 500 million all directed towards building intelligent computing infrastructure. Three paths—general-purpose cloud computing power, domestic autonomous computing power, and regional scheduling computing power—are being advanced synergistically, accelerating the formation of a three-dimensional computing power base in Nanchang. Since its establishment, Maifushi has served over 160 companies in Nanchang, covering industries such as apparel, profiles, medical devices, automotive parts, and machinery equipment. As a digital transformation service provider for Nanchang's manufacturing industry, the company is actively integrating into the "8810" action plan. "For advantageous industries like electronic information and new energy, we rely on the 'Full-Stack Token Factory' strategy and the AI-Agentforce intelligent agent platform to provide enterprises with AI Agent intelligent agent services covering all scenarios, including marketing, sales, customer service, and business analysis," Liu Jinping said.

Local Talent Cultivation

"The competition in the digital economy ultimately boils down to a competition for talent. Only by building a strong local talent pipeline can an enterprise take deeper roots and go further in Nanchang," Liu Jinping stated. With numerous universities in Jiangxi, Maifushi has chosen to cultivate talent locally. It has established industry-university-research cooperation with over 20 institutions, including Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. It has set up a national training center for software and services in the Donghu District, with an annual training capacity exceeding 1,000 people. At the 2025 Jiangxi Cross-border E-commerce Development Exchange Conference, Maifushi signed cooperation agreements with 12 universities to jointly build the "Belt and Road" Digital Trade Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Center. The specific approach to school-enterprise cooperation is to integrate the SaaS simulation training system into university courses, allowing students to be exposed to cutting-edge market products before graduation. The company not only directly recruits fresh graduates to fill various national service centers but also recommends them for employment at partner companies. Since its establishment, Maifushi has employed over 40 graduates in Nanchang and has recommended approximately 200 people for employment to partner companies. Liu Jinping acknowledged that there is still room for further collaboration between the government and enterprises in Nanchang regarding "retaining" and "cultivating" high-end digital talent. "We hope the government will continue to improve the policy support system for industry-education integration and intensify efforts to attract and cultivate digital talent, so that more locally trained excellent talent is willing to stay in Nanchang."

"For Nanchang to develop its AI industry, the key to changing lanes and overtaking is not to compete on the scale of computing power, but on the ability to implement use cases," Liu Jinping said. "Whoever can turn AI into a practical tool for enterprises faster will be the one who accelerates." Maifushi plans to base its operations in Nanchang and expand its business to prefecture-level cities such as Jiujiang, Ganzhou, Fuzhou, Yichun, and Shangrao. From efficient service turnaround to tangible empowerment of industrial deep cultivation, and from industry chain clustering to local talent cultivation, Maifushi is casting its vote for Nanchang with substantial investment. In turn, Nanchang is using its continuously optimizing business environment to ensure that enterprises can take root and grow into thriving businesses.
