SAIMO Confirms Unchanged Share Capital and Adequate Public Float for September 2026

Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (SAIMO) reported no changes in its registered or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 October 2026.

At month-end, total registered share capital stood at RMB 133.33 million, split between 33.33 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 100.00 million unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. Both categories recorded zero increases or decreases during the period, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 133.33 million.

The listed H-share tranche also remained stable at 33.33 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. SAIMO confirmed that 22.58% of its H shares were held by the public, satisfying the Main Board public-float requirement under Rule 13.32D(1).

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during September. In addition, the company reported no share repurchases, cancellations, or treasury-share movements.

Director He Feng signed off on the filing, indicating that SAIMO maintained full compliance with exchange regulations and experienced no equity capital activity during the reporting month.
