China Telecom (00728) has officially announced a key leadership update, revealing that Mr. Li Yunzhuang has been appointed as the company's new Executive Vice President.
The appointment is effective from August 20, 2026, and will remain in place until the company's 2028 annual general meeting, which is scheduled to take place in 2029.
