At a technology briefing for its new PC products held on April 13, Zhu Chencai, PC Product General Manager of Honor Terminal Co., Ltd., delivered a presentation outlining the company's latest innovations.
He began by detailing the strategic layout of the Honor WIN brand, which encompasses WIN gaming laptops, WIN smartphones, and the WIN ecosystem. This strategy focuses on delivering full-performance hardware, technical optimizations, accessory ecosystems, gaming communities, and esports events.
Zhu previewed several new technologies set to feature in the upcoming Honor WIN gaming laptops. These include the Phantom Engine for stable frame rates, the East Wind cooling system, Gaming Turbox tuning, dynamic 3D anti-dizziness, triple-network acceleration, and Silent High Performance 3.0.
A key highlight is the Honor WIN gaming laptop H9, which will be the first model to incorporate the East Wind Exhaust cooling engine. This system utilizes four high-performance, self-developed axial fans supported by two powerful centrifugal main fans. This design increases overall airflow by 10% compared to traditional internal blowing solutions. The enhanced cooling boosts the total system power budget by 20W, allowing for a maximum full-blooded power release of up to 270W when configured with a 5070Ti graphics card.
