Wuhan Youji Holdings Limited (formerly “Wuhan Youji Holdings Ltd.”) has formally completed its English name change and introduced an updated corporate logo reflecting the new name.

The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate on 28 May 2026 (Hong Kong time), confirming that the English name change took effect on 21 May 2026. Subsequently, Hong Kong’s Registrar of Companies registered the altered name on 11 June 2026 under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The Company’s Chinese name, “武漢有機控股有限公司”, remains unchanged.

Key operational points: • Stock code 02881 and both English and Chinese stock short names remain unchanged. • Existing share certificates bearing the former English name continue to serve as valid evidence of ownership and will be accepted for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery. No free exchange of certificates is planned; new certificates will simply display the updated name.

Following the corporate rebranding, the Company has adopted a revised logo incorporating the new English name while retaining the Chinese name. Management confirmed that the changes have no impact on shareholder rights, daily operations, or the financial position of the Company.

The Board currently comprises Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Zou Xiaohong, Executive Director Mr. Chen Ping, three Non-executive Directors, and three Independent Non-executive Directors.
