Concord New Energy Schedules 27 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Interim Results and Consider Dividend

Concord New Energy Group Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to review and approve the interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The notification, released on 10 August 2026, states that the meeting will assess the performance of the Company and its subsidiaries during the first half of 2026. Any dividend recommendation arising from the meeting will be disclosed after Board approval.
As of the announcement date, the Board comprises six executive directors, one non-executive director and six independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Liu Shunxing.
