China Oil & Gas Group Limited (HKEX: 00603) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Key disclosures are as follows:

• Authorised share capital remained at 125.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 1.25 billion. No adjustments were made during the month.

• Issued share count held steady at 5.64 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued share capital was unchanged.

• The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, confirming adequate free-float levels as at end-April.

• No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were exercised, issued, or cancelled during the period. While dormant in April, the New Share Option Scheme and New Share Award Scheme continue to allow for the potential issue of up to 563.68 million shares.

• The filing was authorised by Chairman Xu Tie-liang.

With no equity movements recorded in April, China Oil & Gas enters May 2026 with an unchanged capital base and full compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
