To implement the requirement of "deeply implementing the reading action for young students" proposed in the "Education Power Construction Plan (2024–2035)," Yuhua District in Changsha City, Hunan Province, has consistently treated reading initiatives as a key tool for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
