ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. announced a revised schedule for its upcoming board meeting. The session, originally slated for 25 August 2026, will now convene on 27 August 2026. All other details outlined in the company’s initial 17 August 2026 notice remain unchanged.
The clarification was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Zhou Yang. The board composition is unchanged, comprising four executive directors—Zhou Yang, Zhao Mingzhu, Chen Zhiyuan and Chen Rui—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Guan Yanmin, Zhu Rongyuan and Kung Man.
